Merchants selling branded products from nationally-recognized athletic organizations must provide proof of authorization before listing them on Wish. All items flagged as infringing without prior authorization will be treated as counterfeit goods.

In addition, product listings for unbranded goods or unofficial team merchandise may not use team logos or names in the images, titles, or descriptions without providing proof of authorization.

Listings which advertise counterfeit goods, sell unauthorized authentic products, or use otherwise infringing materials are subject to monetary penalties and/or removal without prior notice.

Nationally recognized athletic organizations include but are not limited to:

• NBA Teams
• NCAA Teams
• MLB Teams
• NFL Teams
• FIFA Teams
• NHL Teams

Violations of this policy may result in penalties of up to $10 USD.
