Product listings for unbranded goods may not use branded boxes, bags, hangers, etc. Using branded packaging and other similar props in images creates the false impression that consumers are buying products from the designer brand. Listings found to be in violation of this policy are subject to monetary penalties and/or removal without prior notice.

The following examples are considered to be in violation of this policy:

• Jewelry boxes in Tiffany Blue color
• Branded Hangers
• Luxury Brand Storefronts
• Models holding branded shopping bags
• Branded catalogues

Violations of this policy may result in penalties of up to $10 USD.
