The illegal sale of unlicensed, copyrighted media is prohibited on Wish. Listings which promote or sell products such as unauthorized reproductions, copies, bootleg recordings, or other forms of media piracy are subject to removal and monetary penalties.

Merchants are responsible for providing proof of authorization to sell any of the following:

• Audio books or e-books
• Preloaded game consoles
• Recordings of concerts or live performances
• Movies and TV shows on DVD’s, Blu-Ray, or Laser Discs
• Music Albums, CD’s, or Records
• Video Games
• Computer Software

Violations of this policy may result in penalties of up to $10 USD.
