There are rules that a merchant must follow in order to sell jewelry on Wish. All jewelry listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The title, description, price, size/color options, and images used to advertise a product should clearly and accurately reflect the product being sold.
Listings found to be in violation of this policy are subject to various repercussions and/or removal without prior notice by Wish. If a merchant is found to violate this policy multiple times, the merchant may be subject to other consequences, including (but not limited to), account suspension or account termination.
Violations of this policy include, but are not limited to:
- Products or listings with misleading claims and/or statements without adequate substantiation
- Products or listings that do not comply with applicable laws and/or regulations to the product being advertised
- Products or listings with exaggerated claims around quality/quantity, or those products or listings with unreasonable price points
- Products that contain (or listings referencing) toxic or harmful, hazardous, dangerous, or prohibited metals, substances, and/or chemicals
- Products or listings that do not meet authentication requirements, and/or products or listings with false or fake documentation
- Counterfeit or replica bullion
Note: Wish ultimately reserves the right to determine whether a specific statement in a listing on Wish (including any implied claim) is considered either "inaccurate," "misleading," "false," or not.
