Wish does not permit the sale of animal or animal products that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations.

For example, the sale of products containing or made from endangered species or their parts as specified by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) would be in violation of this policy.

If Wish believes that a listing violates this policy, the listing shall be subject to removal without notice and/or other penalties.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

• Live animals
• Any animal (live or deceased) that is a threatened or endangered species
• Products containing or made from endangered species or their parts

Violations of this policy may result in penalties of up to $10 USD.
