Wish does not permit the sale of weapons or other items which promote intentional physical harm and/or violence towards oneself or others. Recreational sports equipment may be sold if the Merchant provides the necessary authorizations.

Listings found to be in violation of this policy are subject to various repercussions and/or removal without prior notice by Wish. If a merchant is found to violate this policy multiple times, the merchant may be subject to other consequences, including (but not limited to) account suspension or account termination.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

• Firearms
• Guns
• Ammunition
• Throwing stars
• Explosive weapons
• High-powered laser pointers
• All silencers, whether intended for firearms or other items
• Any item intended for use as a silencer or commonly misused as a silencer
• Any material component/parts that can be used to build a silencer or attach a silencer to a firearm
• Real firearm building kits
• Assault weapon conversion pieces
• Brass or metal knuckles
